Shipping
Shipping within the continental US only offered at this time. PO boxes, military addresses or US addresses outside the continental US are not accepted.
US orders will be shipped using the USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on weight and distance. Orders are processed and shipped within one week from date of purchase.
International orders are not accepted and will be cancelled. We hope to expand this policy in the future. Till then, thank you for checking us out.
Returns and Exchanges
How long do you have to return an item?
Return/Store Credit/Exchange window is 15 days.
Full refunds accepted on items not opened, unsealed, and with all tags and labels attached. Store credit is issued on any item used, opened and unsealed, or tags removed.
Who pays to return items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for return shipping. All returns must be paid for by the customer at this time.
If you live nearby, please feel free to return your item to the shop. All other policies and requirements apply and proof of purchase must be provided.

Provide your order number, full name, and phone number for us to contact you if we have any questions or need additional information. If you prefer an exchange, please provide the item details you wish to exchange for.
Do not send items back without getting a return acceptance email back from us.
A copy of the Return Acceptance Email and Proof of Purchase must be included inside the box/packaging for all items returned to us.
Any returns received without notifying us first, without an Return Acceptance Email included will NOT be processed.

Refunds and store credit are processed in 3 to 5 days. Exchanges will be shipped once the return is received and processed.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
